As a custom pouches manufacturer, DXC PACK has a wealth of cases of customized pouches. And we help customers achieve branding. There are 4 tips to make your brand stand out.
Tips 1: Foil Stamp Printing
Hot stamp printing also called foil stamp printing, it is a special printing process that does not use ink, which uses a copper mold and with the help of certain pressure and temperature, presses the contents of the mold straight onto the surface of the package. After the hot stamping process, the product pattern is more clear, beautiful, bright and colorful.
Foil stamping printing is one of the most popular options for flexible packaging. Among our previous customized cases, foil stamp printing were used most frequently on supplement pouches and coffee pouches. Foil stamping can be done on the surface of paper or plastic films, and the process will be completed after lamination of the materials and before bag making.
A foil stamped logo or pattern is highly visible from any angle. And the customization process of foil stamping pouches is very simple, you just need to send us your design and pay for the foil stamping molds. Or you can also choose digital printing, not only the MOQ for customization is low, but also you don’t need to pay for the foil stamping mold.

Tips 4: Spot UV
Spot UV is a common printing process, it is applied to plastic substrates, it coats specific areas of the plastic film with a layer of transparent and glossy UV ink, creating a contrast between glossy and matte areas.
